VIP Membership Terms and Conditions

Clients must have been visiting KMHD for 12 months or more and have had at least had at least 4 salon appointments to be eligible
Eligible clients must not have had a No Show appointment in the last 12 months
Clients will forfeit their VIP membership if they have 2 or more No Show appointments in a 12 month period
Clients will forfeit their VIP Membership if they have less than 4 salon visits per year
Eligible clients will have a current mobile and email address and agree to accept marketing and special offers from KMHD
Complimentary birthday shampoo, blowdry and treatment must be booked within 2 weeks of your actual birthday date
25% retail discount excludes electrical products
Bookings made online will still require a deposit due to software requirements
